In Response to an Enquiry Regarding the Above:
We will inspect the property and provide a detailed written report with recommendations following any of our damp, cavity wall, structural or timber surveys.
The recommendations may not involve any specialist treatments and if so we will provide information and support to help others with any non specialist measures required.
If specialist treatments are required we are able through our Service Partners to provide a detailed specification and prices for the works required.
Our fee for the inspection and report will depend on the complexity of the problem but the majority will be covered by our curent basic all in fee of £95.00. If on arriving at a property it is found that more extensive investigation is required this will be reported back to the Client with a revised fee and no further action will be taken until the Client wants to proceed.
